Mission and Vision

The Community Resilience Guild seeks to increase local capacity to respond healthily to change. We believe that the systemic issues challenging our society (such as racism, poverty, and climate change) are connected through complex patterns of social and institutional relationships. Our collective challenge is to weave these relationships into sustainable, integrated, and vibrant systems that nurture the common good.
Serving Elkhart County and the surrounding region.

Connecting the Dots

We provide tools, trainings, and opportunities that empower individuals and organizations to build resilient relationships across sectors, disciplines, and social boundaries.

Helping systems see themselves

We promote systems thinking to increase collective awareness and understanding of the social, economic, and ecologic systems shaping our communities.
